Resetting Your Mind

Did you know that 8 out of 10 Americans report being stressed at work?

At my latest keynote I shared the story of how I inherited my father’s company and how devastating it was to lose my hero then be faced with so much difficulty in a time when all I wanted to do was grieve.

At times when it felt like it was more than I could bear, I used a trick that took less than 2 minutes, it didn’t cost me a dime, and yet my stress was reduced by up to 30% every time.

When I asked the crowd last week if people would want to know that trick I got the loudest response compared to any other moment in my keynote.

If the crowd was so hungry for some peace of mind and stress relief I can imagine you’d like it too.

So I recorded a practice I do to calm my mind and bring me back to center.

Even when the world feels like it’s tumbling out of control around me.

I believe that work should be enjoyable, it should be uplifting, and we owe it to ourselves to take the time to refill our glasses and reset ourselves.
