At my latest keynote I shared the story of how I inherited my father’s company and how devastating it was to lose my hero then be faced with so much difficulty in a time when all I wanted to do was grieve.
At times when it felt like it was more than I could bear, I used a trick that took less than 2 minutes, it didn’t cost me a dime, and yet my stress was reduced by up to 30% every time.
When I asked the crowd last week if people would want to know that trick I got the loudest response compared to any other moment in my keynote.
